1. Information Collection
Sun Payroll Systems collects information you provide directly to us, such as when you fill out a contact form, request a quote, or communicate with us via email or SMS. The types of information we may collect include your name, email address, phone number, company name, and any other information you choose to provide.
2. SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions
Clients will only receive SMS text messages and phone calls from Sun Payroll Systems when they explicitly opt-in while filling out a form on our website or when signing a client service contract. These messages may include responses to your inquiries, account updates, and automated payroll reminders.
Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to the shortcode or number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at office@sunpayrollsystems.com.
Rates: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
3. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We respect your privacy and will only use your information to provide the services you requested.
CRITICAL SMS COMPLIANCE POLICY: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
