1. Free Website Promotion
The "Free Website" promotion provides eligible clients with a state-of-the-art custom website.
To qualify, the client must sign up for a comprehensive payroll or bookkeeping package with a minimum 12-month commitment.
Exclusions: Domain name registration, premium hosting fees beyond the first year, and custom third-party integrations (such as e-commerce or customer portals) are not included and may incur separate fees.
2. Referral Program
Sun Payroll Systems offers a $200 Account Credit to existing clients who refer a new business.
To qualify for the referral reward, the referred client must sign a minimum 12-month processing contract and complete their first 30 days of active billing.
The account credit will be applied to the referring client's next monthly invoice following the successful 30-day billing cycle of the new account.
3. Price Match Guarantee
Sun Payroll Systems guarantees to match the base processing rate of any direct legacy competitor.
To qualify, the prospective client must provide a valid, written quote or recent invoice from the competitor for equivalent processing services.
Conditions: The provided quote or invoice must be less than 30 days old. This guarantee excludes temporary promotional rates, introductory offers, and bundled software discounts from competitors.
